Renown Health, which is currently northern Nevada’s largest, most financially successful, and technologically advanced healthcare provider, adopted elements of a proven continuous improvement management system model under the guidance of an Eclipse principal.

The results of this work included:
 

• 15-fold increase in annual profits,
• Recognition by Verispan as a Top 100 Healthcare Network 3 years in a row, and
• 27-percent increase in patient satisfaction scores.

Further, this work received recognition as an industry best practice from the Advisory Board, Inc., one of healthcare’s premier best practices research and education organizations.
